AT&T Account Representative Daily Tasks:
- Represent AT&T through professional customer interactions and product presentations.
- Introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, services, and available solutions.
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and communicating product options.
- Answer questions and provide helpful information to support customer decisions.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to strengthen customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques through hands-on experience.
