What You’ll Do
Smooth Customer Handoff & Onboarding
- Help guide new clients through the first steps of their journey on the Zentility Platform.
- Support the structured handoff from Sales to Senior Account Managers—keeping information flowing and clients moving forward.
Data Accuracy & Process Support (Salesforce-Focused)
- Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized client data in Salesforce before deals close.
- Assist Sales with finalizing opportunity details and cleanup in Salesforce.
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- 1 years of experience in sales support, operations, customer success, or administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if you bring strong relevant skills or experience.
Technical & Data Skills
- Comfortable using Salesforce or eager to learn it quickly.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail—you’re the person who can spot a data mismatch from a mile away.
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication—you can keep things clear, professional, and friendly.
- A proactive, “I’ll figure it out” mindset when working through new tasks or challenges.
