Supplier Catalog Listing Service Associate (On-site Dallas, TX). We are looking for a detail-oriented Supplier Catalog Listing Service Associate to support and manage catalog data within a global electronic marketplace.
Job Location: Dallas, TX (On-site all days)
Work Authorization: / USC
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding and uploading parts catalog data
- Develop scripted processes to format and load catalog content
- Engage with aviation suppliers to drive catalog adoption
- Review data files for accuracy, format, and content quality
- Train customers on catalog standards and platform functionality
- Manage supplier campaigns and encourage marketplace participation
- Track progress and ensure successful catalog listings
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, training materials, and sample content
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis or customer data management
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Proficiency in Excel and text editing tools like UltraEdit
- Experience with business process or systems analysis
- Willingness to work on-site full-time
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
