Zensar is looking for a CIS Delivery Lead/Manager in the United States (Onsite). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.
About the Role
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of CIS engagements, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead multi-tower programs spanning Hybrid Cloud, Data Center Operations, Network, End-User Computing, and Service Management.
- Govern delivery health through structured MBRs, QBRs, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive adoption of automation, AIOps, and Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions
Account Growth & Expansion
- Partner with the Account Executive and Sales team to identify, qualify, and convert organic growth opportunities.
- Build a rolling pipeline of CIS opportunities — including cloud migration, DC exit, modernization, observability, and managed services deals.
- Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with Pre-Sales, Practice, and Partner teams (AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow).
- Shape proactive pitches and POVs — including Agentic AI, FinOps, and Zero Trust.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the single-threaded delivery leader and trusted advisor to technology and business stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Establish and deepen SVP,VP and Director relationships to increase Zensar's mindshare and wallet share.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and ensure seamless coordination with Zensar's global delivery centers.
People & Financial Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed delivery team (onsite offshore), including delivery managers, SMEs, and technical architects.
- Own revenue, margin, and forecast accuracy for the account; drive pyramid optimization, utilization, and cost-to-serve improvements.
- Ensure timely billing, receivables management, and contract compliance in line with MSA/SOW terms.
Experience:
- 12–18 years of IT services experience with at least 6 years in CIS delivery leadership roles within large BFSI / Financial Services accounts.
- Proven experience managing or growing a Fortune 500 account
- Strong hands-on understanding of Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Data Center operations, ITSM/ITOM platforms (ServiceNow), and modern workplace services.
- Demonstrated success in expanding accounts by $5M in incremental ACV/TCV through delivery-led growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and solutioning skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – Information Technology
