What are the responsibilities and job description for the stocker position at Zenriva holdings?
Retail moves fast, and behind every well-run store is a strong stock team making sure the shelves are ready for whatever the day brings. We're a busy retailer in Charlotte with a loyal customer base, a tight-knit team, and a reputation for keeping our store looking its best from open to close.
We're now hiring a Stocker to join us on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Shifts typically run early mornings from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, so you'll be finished by early afternoon with your evenings and weekends free.
A day in the life
Every shift is a little different, but you'll regularly:
- Unloading deliveries and moving stock from the back room to the shop floor
- Stocking shelves, displays, and end caps accurately and neatly
- Rotating products and checking expiration or sell-by dates
- Keeping aisles, storage areas, and walkways clean, safe, and organized
- Assisting customers who need help locating products on the floor
- Monitoring inventory levels and flagging low stock to management
- Breaking down boxes and disposing of packaging properly
- Working with the wider team to keep the store running smoothly
You'll spend most of your day on your feet, moving throughout the store, so it's a good fit for someone who enjoys staying active and likes a role that keeps them busy.
