Role:The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role as a hands-on technical leader within the organization. Collaborating closely with the VP of Enterprise Architecture and VP of Cloud and Platforms| they are instrumental in shaping the overall technical vision| strategy| and roadmap for leveraging cloud technologies in North America. In their capacity as a hands-on leader| the Solutions Architect spearheads and executes strategic cloud initiatives with precision. This entails actively engaging with product development teams and undertaking various tasks related to the design| development| integration| and implementation of cloud and hybrid applications. To ensure the reliability| security| and effectiveness of cloud applications| the Cloud Solutions Architect establishes and enforces structural and operational standards. They offer valuable guidance and hands-on support in implementing established cloud architectures and designs| fostering a robust and secure cloud environment. Situated within the IT Systems group at RAF| this role primarily focuses on constructing| migrating| and upholding the line of business applications utilized by the companys various business areas on Microsoft Azure. The Solutions Architects dedication to excellence and innovation is pivotal in driving the organizations technological evolution towards cloud-based solutions.Key Skills:ToGaf or Archiemate certified Azure Certified(preferred) / AWS certified Azure Devops Hands-on with development/cloud ( Creating POC| Define implementation items) Agile way of working Banking / BFSI Domain knowledge Stakeholder management Self reliance (Ability to work independently) and Take Initiatives Structured thinking & documentation (PSA| transition designs &HLD/LLD) Azure Board| Confluence| SharePoint Programming background (c# .NET / Java/ Python/Sales Force) Communication Skill Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of this Role: Makes technical presentations and submits viewpoints to internal stakeholders. Recommend how specific cloud technologies| standards and methods are to be used. Evangelize/socialize industry-leading practices and help equip the product development teams with the right skills necessary to delivery cloud projects. Lead| or otherwise participate in| proof of concept projects| tests| and experiments to determine if the tools| techniques| or platforms are a fit. Must stay up to date on the latest in cloud technologies
