Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Must have practical knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development.
- 8 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Proven experience leading Agile development teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise applications within the banking domain.
- Expertise in Kafka and Flowable BPM is highly preferred.
