Seeking an EGrAMS Developer / Support Analyst with 3 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and providing technical support for the EGrAMS (Electronic Grants Administration and Management System) platform developed by .
The consultant will support grant management workflows, troubleshoot production issues, perform system enhancements, and collaborate with business and technical teams within the Department of Social Services environment.
Required Skills
- 3 years of EGrAMS development and production support experience
- Experience with grants management systems and workflow configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Experience with SQL/database queries and reporting
- Ability to work with state/government stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Prior California State government experience
- Experience supporting grants administration programs
- Knowledge of SDLC, ticketing systems, and documentation
