Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow strategic client accounts
• Drive revenue growth and account expansion
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (including leadership)
• Identify new opportunities and lead sales efforts within the account
• Work with internal teams to deliver solutions across cloud, data, AI, and digital
• Ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction

Requirements
• 12 years of experience in account management / sales in IT services
• Strong track record of growing enterprise accounts
• Experience working with large/global clients
• Good understanding of digital, cloud, data, or AI services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
