Job Description: Director/VP - Analytics

What will you do?
- Leadership role wherein she/he would work closely with Zenon’s executive leadership to conceptualize, develop, implement solutions in the AI-ML space, especially focused on NLP and unstructured data analytics
- Lead a high functioning and results-driven cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven models across NLP, deep learning and machine learning
- Deliver projects to drive business strategy and solve challenging problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies
- Establish both short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps to drive results
- Provide technical leadership and career mentorship to data scientists with a wide range of backgrounds
What are we looking for?
- 10 years relevant experience
- B.Tech/B.Tech M.Tech/M.Tech from top IITs in a quantitative field (i.e. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Physics, Econometrics, etc.) or Advanced degree (M.Tech/MS/PhD or equivalent) in data heavy research discipline with substantial quantitative analysis
- A proven track record of leading multiple data science and NLP projects from start to finish and delivering business value
- Experience managing and mentoring mid-large sized cross-geographical teams of data scientists
- Expertise in designing strategies and presenting proposals to clients and internal stakeholders
- Very solid grasp of NLP and machine learning along with strong programming skills
- Should have deep knowledge and interest in emerging trends in the AI/data science domain and should be keen on learning new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in executive-facing presentations will be good to have
- Data science experience in Financial Services/ Healthcare companies is preferred.
