The Customer Account Representative takes ownership of accounts, monitors usage trends, proactively engages customers, and guides each account toward reliable fiber connectivity that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
As a Customer Account Representative, your portfolio of customer accounts becomes your community. The Customer Account Representative meets with families to ensure their AT&T Fiber service exceeds expectations. By monitoring each account's performance and usage patterns, the Customer Account Representative recommends these meaningful enhancements.The Customer Account Representative’s clients know that even when things go wrong, they’ll make them right.
Responsibilities of the Customer Account Representative
- Oversee accounts from enrollment to ongoing support, ensuring households are fully informed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AT&T Fiber plans, services, and billing.
- Track account activity and maintain accurate records for future reference and reporting.
- Resolve account discrepancies and service interruptions quickly to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Partner with Customer Account Representatives to enhance account management processes and support team success.
Qualifications of the Customer Account Representative
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in account management, customer relations, or residential sales is a plus.
- Skilled at identifying account opportunities and enhancements to support goals.
- Collaborative, professional, and empathetic in handling customer interactions.
- Team-oriented, approachable, and committed to high-quality customer experiences
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,400.00 per month
