As a Verizon Account Associate, you will introduce Verizon FiOS services, identify customer needs, explain available options, and guide interested customers through the enrollment process. With hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth, you can develop valuable sales, customer engagement, and account management skills while contributing to team goals.
Key Responsibilities a
- Promote Verizon FiOS internet services to residential customers through direct, face-to-face interactions.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities through engaging product conversations.
- Explain internet service features, benefits, and available options based on customer needs.
- Address customer questions and communicate product information clearly and professionally.
- Assist interested customers with service selection, account details, and enrollment procedures.
- Work toward sales targets, apply coaching feedback, and contribute to overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in sales, customer engagement, and relationship building.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to learn sales techniques, overcome objections professionally, and work toward measurable results.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or account support is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to work full-time in an in-person, customer-facing environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
