工作内容
留美规划：解决客户在美学习指导、求职申学、紧急转学等相关问题，量身制定解决方案
校园法庭：校园听证会、校方沟通及申诉指导，提供辨证思路分析，模拟校方会议
客户沟通：与学生保持及时沟通，提高业务转化率，制定特殊情况应对方案
流程优化：积极了解前后端的业务需求，优化客户服务流程，完善CRM客户信息管理

In this position, you will be responsible for providing insights to clients, including their legal service demands and study & career planning. Specifically, offering consulting services on academic Integrity issues, investigation, hearing, and appeal. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to discover their needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform observational analysis. From this analysis, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

Qualifications
BS/BA or higher degree,Education, Psychology and other related fields
Familiar with professional knowledge and career development
Have a strong sense of responsibility, fast learning ability, multi-tasking skills, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Interest in education and working in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Mandarin & English
Consulting/Sales experience preferred
