If you have 6-9 years of experience advising clients on employment law, labor compliance, policies, contracts, administrative advocacy, and litigation, this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Top-notch credentials: A strong academic background paired with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Litigation powerhouse: Proven success in handling cases before major commissions such as the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, EEOC, and the Department of Labor.
- Restrictive covenant expertise: Skilled in both enforcing and defending restrictive covenants for employers.
- Deep knowledge of employment law: Including expertise in issues like employment discrimination (Title VII, ADEA, ADA), FMLA, affirmative action, OSHA, COBRA, breach of contract, whistleblower cases, wage and hour disputes, ERISA, and termination counseling.
- Contract and policy drafting: Experience crafting agreements for separation, employment, and restrictive covenants, along with developing employment policies.
- Independent yet collaborative: Able to work autonomously while thriving in team environments, contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organized & detail-oriented: Sharp attention to detail, efficient, and committed to delivering top-quality results, all with a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
