Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management and delivery of data center sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Establish and optimize project management processes to maximize efficiency of all projects and implementations
- Manage and monitor day-to-day on-site operations to ensure the stable functionality of all equipment and systems
- Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers and continuously maintain the relationship and service quality
- Foster team collaboration and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with specialization in network, electrical engineering, or other related fields
- Proven experience building data center infrastructure operations and maintenance systems
- Strong knowledge of data center design and construction specifications, with proficient hands-on experience with related mechanical and electrical installations
- Experience building and developing overseas IDC operations teams and management systems is preferred
- Must be Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
