Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development activities from initial design through final delivery.
- Serve as the technical point of contact (POC) for developers and stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Drive engineering excellence across applications built using Angular, Python, Java, and basic .NET components.
- Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Utilize AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, and S3 for deployment and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.
- 15 years of overall software development experience with a strong technical background.
- Proven hands-on development experience in recent projects.
- Expertise in Angular, Python, and Java (must have).
- Working knowledge of .NET frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AWS (EKS, EC2, S3).
- Experience delivering end-to-end software solutions from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
