With $38M raised in Series B funding, we are scaling fast and looking for mission-driven individuals to join us in securing the AI revolution.About the RoleWe’re looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to define, build, and evolve programs that elevate how Zenity’s go-to-market teams operate, sell, and grow.You’ll develop impactful enablement programs, craft compelling training content, and partner closely with GTM leadership to align execution with business goals. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that blends strategy, creativity, and execution — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, learning, and growth.This is a full-time role, open to candidates based in the United States (Remote or hybrid/NYC).What You’ll DoDesign and deliver high-impact enablement programs across sales competencies like prospecting, discovery, qualification (MEDDPICC), objection handling, and competitive positioning.Partner with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and deploy scalable learning and coaching programs.Build and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, and call frameworks tailored to different segments and deal complexities.Deliver engaging live and virtual training experiences that inspire confidence and improve results.Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Partners, and RevOps to align messaging, process, and go-to-market strategy.Equip sellers to effectively use tools like Highspot, Gong, Outreach and other core platforms to improve productivity and pipeline visibility.Leverage data-driven insights to measure program impact, optimize enablement initiatives, and continuously improve..Operate as a trusted partner across GTM, bridging strategy and execution while scaling enablement impact globally. Requirements:What We’re Looking For5 years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role in a fast-paced SaaS environment (AI experience a plus).Strong understanding of sales motion and quota-carrying team dynamics.
