Overview
The Campaign Manager manages campaigns following the overall plan for an assigned client. This position is very technical and activation heavy, requiring the Campaign Manager to diligently build ads, secure on time execution, and actively monitor and optimize performance with the support of Campaign Specialists. Campaign Managers work closely with the Planning/ Investment team, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication. The ideal candidate will have prior campaign management experience, a strong Paid Social background, communication skills, and prior experience managing a high number of activations. Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute and be a great teammate.

Compensation Range: $50,065.00 - $73,944.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and optimize full funnel media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat (This role is largely focused on TikTok but being well versed in the other platforms to assist is essential.) both independently, and in support of senior members of the team while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
- Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the campaign life cycle
- Maintain and organize campaign builds effectively to ensure flawless and on-time execution
- Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding setup and provide status updates on builds for various campaigns
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams and platform representatives
- Traffic campaign and ads, adhering to taxonomy guidelines, established structures, and per direction given by internal collaborators.
- Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
- Manage the delivery of preview links and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch or test setup
- Provide monthly insights to clients detailing performance and campaign optimizations
- Work with platform representatives to ensure accurate platform implementation
- Troubleshoot issues with platform representatives and relevant internal team members in real-time
- Attend client meetings, as needed
- Four-year college degree
- Must have 2 years of experience in campaign management/optimization
- Understanding of best practices for Paid Social Page 2 of 2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
- Experience with TikTok Shop and Smartly but not required
- Strong time management, organizational, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong desire to contribute to a team
