We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Representative to support customers with AT&T services in a people-focused, customer-facing role. What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Customer Representative
- Communicate with customers in Spanish and English to explain AT&T wireless products and services
- Assist customers by answering questions, identifying needs, and guiding them through available options
- Provide clear, accurate information about wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and features
- Help customers complete enrollments by collecting and processing required information
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-first approach in every interaction
- Work closely with your team to meet daily expectations and performance goals
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing training to develop communication and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Customer-facing experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service is a plus — but not required
- Strong communication skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow professionally
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with a diverse customer base
