Role Description: Our Design Intern will support the design team in developing custom rug concepts and artwork for hospitality and multifamily projects. On-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, the intern will assist with creating digital design layouts, preparing presentation boards, and refining graphics based on project requirements and client feedback. Daily responsibilities include conducting design and material research, organizing and updating design libraries, and helping translate architectural and interior design concepts into rug patterns and color stories. The intern will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers, participate in design reviews, and help ensure that final designs align with brand standards and manufacturing specifications. This role offers hands-on experience in a niche design and manufacturing environment, with exposure to high-profile hospitality projects.
