QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2 years of Leasing or Customer Service experience
- Critical Thinker

- Ability to prioritize and maximize work-flow efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Computer Literacy; including MS, Google, Property/Project Management Software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; demonstrated ability to set priorities and execute completion of job responsibilities. Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure, while making guests feel welcome and attended to.

- Valid Driver's License / Good Driving Record; a copy of Motor Vehicle Driving Record will be required
Preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with software skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, Scheduling, and efficiency in showings. Complete showings with an emphasis on conversion to Zenith residents. Follow the direction of the Front Line/Leasing Manager.
- Evaluate vacant properties when showing, spiff clean & maintain homes by reporting issues to Maintenance
- Complete exterior inspections of vacant homes & report to maintenance prior to Move In
- Perform drive-by inspection of homes and document issues or non-compliance
- When scheduled, post notices. Ensure prior to posting the notice to review if the non-compliance has already been resolved at the property
- Complete move-in videos, documenting the condition of the property prior to occupancy
- Provide front desk coverage when scheduled by the Front Line/Leasing Manager
- Compete tasks assigned by the Front Line/Leasing Manager
- Assist with the cleaning & detailing of company vehicles
- Identify processes and communicate inefficiencies. Solve through R3 (Review, Revise, Retrain) implementation
- Communicate with neighboring properties when needed regarding repair & maintenance or other pertinent issues as needed
- Keep accurate notes and communicate with PM via email, teams, and Zoom
- Facetime walk-throughs with Marketing or Maintenance when onboarding new properties, walking for repairs, inspections, or emergencies.
- Mail Final Accounting to Past Tenants
- Meet with owners or residents if in-person meetings are required
- Complete move-in appointments with incoming residents when required

Competitive compensation is offered based on qualifications and dependent on experience. Performance bonuses and other benefits are available after 90 days. The anticipated work schedule is full-time on-site, with intermittent participation in after-hours response being required. Successful completion of assessments, reference checks, pre-employment drug tests, and background screening will be required as part of the hiring process.
