Zenith Performance & Wellness is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our integrated care team. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, providing clients with hands-on recovery and education that supports lasting results.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage sessions (sports, deep tissue, recovery, or relaxation-focused) tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and strength coaches for integrated care plans.
- Educate clients on recovery techniques, mobility, and at-home care between sessions.
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records in PT Everywhere.
- Uphold hygiene, professionalism, and safety standards in treatment spaces.
- Support community and wellness events to grow client relationships.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset — staying curious and committed to learning.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist (Oregon LMT required)
- Strong skills in sports, deep tissue, and recovery massage
- Passion for working with active adults and athletes
- Excellent communication and client education skills
