What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Analyst position at Zenith LifeScience?
Job Responsibilities:
Perform environmental and utility monitoring of the production manufacturing cleanrooms, which includes sampling and testing of collected samples.
Testing of microbiological assays (i.e. microbial enumeration, final product testing, growth promotion, safety release assays, aliquoting of samples)
Routine maintenance of the laboratory space, which includes cleaning of laboratory equipment and managing/restocking of laboratory materials and supplies.
Data entry of results and trending of data.
Archival of documents and test records.
Authoring and revising documents such as SOPs and training materials.
Support deviation, OOS, and environmental excursion investigations.
Follow direction of the reporting manager and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology or other relevant life sciences discipline.
0-2 years of experience in a QC laboratory or manufacturing production cleanroom.
(Individual must be comfortable with cleanroom gowning for long periods of time)
Working Hours:
4 workdays X10 hours per day (Shift: starts at 8:00AM)
2) Sunday-Wednesday
2) Wednesday – Saturday
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
