Duties
- Work alongside a team of mowing and landscaping crew members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
- completing mowing schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects across multiple sites
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet company standards and client expectations
- Provide hands-on support with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, tree care, and general maintenance
- Train crew members on proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices in landscape maintenance
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand specific site requirements and deliver tailored services
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work environments
- Demonstrated experience within landscaping or construction crews
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and general land management practices
- Familiarity with tree care techniques, and outdoor maintenance tools
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer safely and confidently
- Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and client interactions
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting 60lbs, bending, operating machinery, and working in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
