One of our growing fintech firms is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join their team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for managing and maintaining state lending and servicing licenses, ensuring timely submissions, renewals, and reports. You'll oversee the development and administration of a company-wide compliance training program, managing LMS content and tracking completion for internal and regulatory review. Collaboration will be key as you partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into business operations and promote a proactive compliance culture. You’ll support internal audits, regulatory exams, and maintain detailed records of all compliance activities. This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and offers significant visibility and room for growth in a high-energy fintech environment. Expect to juggle multiple priorities and lead initiatives that directly impact the company’s regulatory posture.
