- Mark reference points and stakes to guide construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Verify survey data accuracy and completeness before providing it to the project team.
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports and documentation.
- Conduct quality control checks on construction staking work to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to surveying and construction staking.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent training in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Surveying Technician, with a focus on construction staking.
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently & efficiently in diverse outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
