What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Videographer/Photographer position at ZenHouse Collective?

Small family operated business looking for a qualified part-time Real Estate Videographer & Photographer that can perform at least two of these services - photography/3D/Video/Drone.

Aside from all the normal real estate photography stuff, I am looking for the capability to do something like these:

We've created an all in one place for real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners to have their properties professionally photographed for an affordable price. We give our photographers the flexibility to create their own schedule and work when it's convenient for them. The relationships we have created with our clients are the driving force behind our continued success. Our business is perfect for established photographers looking to work more consistently.

We do all the behind the scenes work with our clients to get things scheduled, deliver photos, create websites and get paid.

Length of contract: At will employment, contract length is open ended and work is assigned on a needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Photographers are responsible for photographing:
  • All Living Spaces
  • Outdoor living spaces and features
  • Kitchen
  • All bedrooms
  • All bathrooms
  • Special amenities (ie. game room, gym, etc.)
  • Create visually captivating and technically sound photographs
  • Maintaining good client relationships and ensuring they receive what they need.
  • Communicating with clients about expectations and desired outcomes.
  • Be able to develop strong personal relationships with agents.
  • Uploading edited photos the next day OR uploading raw files the same day.
  • Commuting to and from photoshoots.
  • Delivering professional quality photos.
  • Maintaining personal gear to complete photoshoots.

Skills & Requirements

  • Photography background necessary. (Real Estate Photography preferred but not required.) Limited training provided. A copy of your portfolio or website is requested upon application.
  • Have an understanding of best practices for Architectural and Real Estate Photography
  • Capture and edit beautiful photos
  • Personal DSLR (Full Frame Camera) capable of bracketing/ HDR, and flash.
  • Wide Angle lens 16mm minimum
  • Capable of delivering consistent photographs while adapting to each listing’s individual challenges.
  • Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, can communicate and interact professionally with agents and sellers, shows confidence in a house and can direct when needed, and can deliver a consistent result from every shoot.
  • Punctuality and time management is paramount.
  • Directing Agent/Assistant/Seller to move and/or assisting to move small objects and help to tidy up minor things in the space prior to shooting.
  • Problem solving, adaptability, and patience.
  • Reliable car
  • Access to the internet and computer capable of uploading large amounts of files.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $150.00 - $2,000.00 per week
