Qualifications for this key position include:
- A demonstrated passion for home repair projects
- A track record of high performance and achievement
- Well-rounded experience in residential construction. To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades:
- Demolition
- Trim and rough carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Drywall installation, finishing and repair
- Painting
- Tile installation and repair
- Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation)
- Light electrical (fixture installation/replacement, device installation/replacement)
- Hardware installation
- Understands the importance of being on time and safety
- Ability to work in an occupied home. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, at all times, is critical.
- Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients.
- Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with management.
