A leading OSINT and intelligence technology company is scaling their Federal CSM team. They helps governments, law enforcement, defense, and financial crime teams make better decisions through cutting-edge intelligence platforms.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can build strong customer relationships while supporting both platform users and API integrations.
You'll work closely with customers to drive adoption, deliver value, and act as the bridge between customers, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic customers
- Lead onboarding and drive successful adoption
- Support customers using both the SaaS platform and APIs
- Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement
- Deliver business reviews and customer success plans
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
- Identify renewal, expansion, and growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- U.S. Citizen (required)
- 3 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar
- Experience working with SaaS products
- Understanding of APIs, REST concepts, integrations, and customer workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in national security, law enforcement, intelligence, or financial crime sectors is a bonus
