As a member of Zendesk’s Technology Alliances team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the success of the most critical of those strategic partners, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role will be focused on supporting our go-to-market motions with various AWS Partner and Sales teams while collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product and Advocacy teams within Zendesk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day execution of the AWS + Zendesk partnership, focused on sales enablement,
- Identify new opportunities to drive value for our joint customers and opportunities to improve the partner motions
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing and be able to roll up your sleeves to build customer- or partner-facing assets or collateral
- Execute on joint marketing activities in coordination with the greater Alliances team and overall GTM organization
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of total work experience, preferably demonstrating the relevant skills for the role
- You are a quick, autonomous operator and looking to eventually build your strategic thinking over time
- You are organized and focused to track the multiple workstreams and drive them to successful execution
- You thrive in fast-changing and high-growth environments
- You take initiative when you see work that needs to be done
