Role Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care, administers medications, monitors resident conditions, and collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate residents and families on care plans.
- Maintain infection control and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active NM- LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
