Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellence in the preparation and delivery of food orders
• Ensure all products are prepared to specifications
• Oversee daily kitchen operation
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain internal inspection standards
• Perform weekly physical inventories and meet cost of sales goals
• Receive, put away and rotate food deliveries
• Conduct weekly safety meetings

Requirements:

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience in restaurants or hotels
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA and local regulation regarding food practices and handling
• Catering and event experience a plus
• Ability to lead others to success.
• Team player mentality with energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sense of urgency to report any kitchen-related issues to Chef/General Manager
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certified
