Role Description The Scheduling Coordinator is a full-time, work from home role. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating customer appointments for measurements, installations and services. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to existing clients to schedule services, managing corporate calendar and CRM systems. Additional responsibilities include performing general administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with production and support staff to deliver a smooth, stress-free customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with customers, team members. (English required.)
- Proficient Appointment Scheduling and Calendar Management skills to coordinate multiple technician and installation schedules efficiently.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills to handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity, courtesy, and patience.
- Administrative Assistance experience, including data entry, record keeping, and working with scheduling or CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
