- Lead and develop electrical, controls, and automation engineering staff
- Oversee electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Direct PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial network architecture
- Approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, ISA, IEEE standards
- Coordinate contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers
- Support reliability improvements, root‑cause analysis, and change management
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8 years in electrical, automation, or control systems engineering
- 3 years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, and instrumentation
- Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks
- Proven success leading engineering teams and projects
- PE license
- Master's degree in engineering or business
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or process industries
- PMP or automation/reliability certifications
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 technologies
