Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to newly approved merchants to guide them through onboarding and account activation.
- Assist merchants with gateway setup, terminal configuration, and initial transaction testing
- Ensure merchants are fully enabled and confident in their ability to process payments
- Identify and proactively resolve activation blockers such as missing documentation, technical setup issues, or processing errors
- Maintain clear visibility and tracking on VIP merchant activations, providing regular status updates to leadership
- Create and maintain a feedback loop with management to highlight activation trends, merchant objections, and process improvement opportunities
- Document all merchant interactions and activation progress accurately in CRM and internal systems
Qualifications
- 1 years of outbound calling, customer service, onboarding, or account management experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently guide conversations with business owners.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and task management abilities
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and working with management to establish new processes
- Ability to learn technical payment processing concepts such as gateways, terminals, and funding flows
- Problem-solver who can think critically and remove roadblocks for merchants
- Team player who collaborates well cross-functionally and communicates effectively with leadership

- $45,000 - $50,000 OTE
