Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Legal Receptionist / Client Intake Coordinator to join our busy North Dallas law firm.

This is a high-impact role. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for managing calls, directing inquiries, and helping ensure that both new and existing clients are handled efficiently and professionally.

This position combines front desk responsibilities with client intake and call management. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to handle a high volume of calls without losing attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls using a structured phone system
  • Route calls accurately between current clients, new clients, and case teams
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Conduct client intake, gathering information clearly and accurately
  • Schedule consultations and manage calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up by the appropriate team member
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital data entry and document management
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and general office support
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks when needed (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and front desk operations
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management is essential
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
