Zen Law Firm is a growing full-service plaintiffs' firm based in Plano with a high volume of quality personal injury and Social Security Disability cases. We fight for individuals who need serious legal representation, not a settlement mill. Our team handles everything from complex PI litigation to federal disability appeals, along with selected matters in criminal defense, immigration, and real estate. We're a tight-knit group that takes our cases and our clients seriously.
The Role
We're looking for a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Plano office. This is an on-site position with real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly on personal injury cases ready to file or in litigation and Social Security Disability cases at the hearing level through federal appeal. We provide training, but we're looking for someone who wants to be in the courtroom, not just the conference room.
Day to day, you'll be advising clients, drafting legal documents, conducting research, handling negotiations, and working alongside our legal team to move cases forward and get results.
What We're Looking For
- Active member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex facts and case law
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a demanding caseload
- Strong communication skills, with the people skills to work with clients going through some of the hardest moments of their lives
- Spanish fluency is always a plus, though not required
