Duties
- implement comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, learning technology tools, and assessment-driven instruction tailored to diverse learners.
- Lead classroom management efforts to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to active learning and positive behavior management.
- Conduct ongoing student assessment using quantitative analysis for student progress evaluation and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
- Engage in regular communication with families regarding child development milestones, behavior management strategies, and academic performance through written reports and parent meetings.
- Facilitate activities that promote literacy education, math skills—including experience teaching math—and physical education to encourage holistic development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development related licensing requirements

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring assistant teachers or student teachers.
