Overview
The Server plays a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Responsibilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Compliance with all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Demonstrates exceptional service awareness, friendliness, patience, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Able to deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Responsible for cleaning tables, dining areas, public spaces, and restrooms to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Proficient in using the Menusifu system to process orders and manage guest requests efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Capable of upselling and recommending menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Able to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Food Handler Certificate is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Willingness to learn the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions, to provide informed recommendations and enhance sales.
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be fluent in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
