Zen Design Group designs officially licensed LEGO® consumer products for the worldwide market. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help create licensed products for globally recognized brands including LEGO®, Star Wars™, and others.
This is more than a graphic design role. You will participate in the entire product development process, from concept creation through retail launch and throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Design consumer packaging and product graphics
- Create product instructions and user documentation
- Develop retail displays and merchandising materials
- Design exhibition and trade show graphics
- Create product catalogs, sell sheets, and marketing materials
- Support stationery, lifestyle, lighting, and novelty product development
- Assist with product specifications and technical documentation
- Create prototypes, mockups, and presentation materials
- Contribute to website and e-commerce content
- Participate in brainstorming and product development meetings
- Translate concepts into compelling visual solutions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BFA preferred) in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional studio or agency experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, product, and graphic design capabilities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to travel internationally on occassion
Salary Ranges
$50,000 for Graphic Designer [1-3 years experience]
$75,000 for Senior Graphic Designer [5-10 years experience]
$100,000 for Supervisory Draphic Designer [10 years experience]
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
