The Zen Coast Homes team is within the top 1% of residential real estate sales within the Bay Area. We are an all women and minority led team based in Burlingame, CA that services throughout the greater Bay Area. Founded by Jennie Lok, National Association of Realtors 30 Under 30 Recipient, who strives to educate her team and clients on building passive income to create a massive impact on their lives. Jennie owns over 250 units throughout the United States and is also the co-founder of Zen Coast University.

Responsibilities:
- Assist our high level executive in her day to day and administrative tasks
- Assist in basic office management
- Manage calendar and schedule
- Help with scheduling and booking appointments
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
- Call and outreach to past clients
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct research on real estate market trends and property values
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be comfortable in using computer software such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom
- Previous experience in a real estate Executive Assistant role is preferred

Job Type:
Full-time (Monday-Friday and weekends as needed: 9:30AM-6:30PM with 1 hour lunch)
Pay:
$65,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience
