Job Type: Full-time, In-person


Pay: $18.50/hour base during 90-day ramp, then base bonuses commission. Top performers earn well above base.


Schedule: Wed–Sat Monday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Tuesday and Sunday off)

The Role

The Reservation Specialist is a client-facing sales position with front-desk responsibilities. While you will manage incoming calls, check-ins, and check-outs from the front of house, the core function of this role is revenue generation through consultative sales.

You will serve as the central point of contact for all prospective clients — qualifying inquiries, coordinating with our specialist team (Pack Leaders, Trainers, and Groomers), and owning the conversion of high-ticket programs including training, Day Club memberships, recurring grooming services, and enrichment.

This is a measured role. You will own a defined set of KPIs, your performance will be tracked daily in our CRM, and you will review your numbers with leadership on a weekly basis. The right person finds that energizing, not stressful.

This position works in close collaboration with leadership and contributes directly to the continued growth of the business. We view this role as a long-term investment, with clear pathways for advancement into expanded responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the company scales.


What You'll Own

  • Speed to lead. Every inquiry, response within 2 hours. No exceptions.
  • The qualification. Right prospect, right entry point, right specialist. Every time.
  • The close. Training. Day Club. Recurring grooming. Enrichment. You convert.
  • The upsell. Anxiety mentioned at check-in? That's a training conversation. Grooming question? That's a tier upgrade. You read every interaction for opportunity.
  • The pipeline. RunLoyal CRM, meticulous. Nothing falls through.
  • The numbers. You own your KPIs: Lead-to-Consultation conversion, Consultation-to-Enrollment conversion, speed-to-lead time, upsell rate, and revenue per client. You know them cold.
  • The data discipline. Daily CRM updates. Weekly pipeline reviews. Monthly performance reporting to leadership. If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.
  • The brand. Every interaction is polished, knowledgeable, on standard.
