Community Operating Solutions, a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. This includes managing resident relations, leasing activities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our residents.

Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our community to potential residents.
- Coordinate and oversee the leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Manage rent collection processes.
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage the office and maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed on time and following standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in office software applications such as Google Suites is a plus.
- Experience with property management software such as Back Office and Rent Manager is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
