Duties
- Walk the property and pick up trash and debris.
- Clean and maintain areas around dumpsters.
- Roll out two dumpsters from trash chutes daily.
- Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing repair or additional care.
- Report any violations or issues to management.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
