Dispatcher / Load Planner / Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher / Load Planner / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatcher / Load Planner / Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for Assisting (with others) Planning and Utilization of our Company owned Trucks and Trailers, Assist in searching and booking backhauls by loads using Load boards and a net of current customers to assist getting out trucks back to WI/IL. T Extreme Multi tasking is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Book loads with Customers new and old
- Update TMW, DAT, Truck Stop, Company Excel Sheets and other portals
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues that may arise
- Approve Credit for new venders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain shipment records
- Coordinate with dispatchers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Utilize Samsara systems to track shipments in real-time

Experience:

- Previous experience in load planning, fleet management, or supply chain operations preferred
- Familiarity with TMW, DAT, and Samsara software is a plus
- Knowledge of Booking Loads, Shipping, DOT Regulations and Receiving processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various Co-workers and Customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $47,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
