Since 1985, Zelky’s has been a staple of fun. We’re a series of arcades all located in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We’ve got a ton of the latest and greatest games and prizes, but our guest service is our most prized possession. We aim to provide the best family-fun experience in the state, and one of the best on the East Coast. Our staff works together as a team to constantly improve the Zelky’s work experience, and most importantly, the Zelky’s guest experience.

We’re looking for Ambassadors of Fun to join the Zelky’s team as an Arcade Attendant for our 2026 season and beyond!!

An Arcade Attendant needs to love fun and have strong, genuine care for the well-being and experience of our guests. Attendants are responsible for creating an exciting, entertaining, and safe environment. Job duties include engaging guests and assisting with all of their needs, keeping the arcade clean and welcoming, maintaining inventory, ensuring a safe environment at all times according to safety guidelines, and other duties as assigned to maintain the Zelky’s Mystique.

What We’re Looking For:

* 18 years of age

* A high energy, outgoing personality

* A friendly and professional demeanor

* An ability to work well as a team and contribute to other departments when needed

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong visual and auditory observation skills, and an attention to detail

* Must be able to work weekends and holidays

* Must be able to work constructively with staff and guests to provide a fun, positive environment, while also maintaining maturity and professionalism.

Essential Duties:

* Be an ambassador of FUN!

* Provide guest service quickly, in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner

* Effectively communicate important information to Service or Management staff

* Responsible for guest account services and inventory including guest card sales, registration, and VIP status, tallying and redeeming guests’ points for merchandise, and restocking and merchandising prizes

* Maintain safe, clean and organized spaces in game room and all work areas

* Explains to and helps guests with any and all questions or needs

* Strictly adhere to all Company Guidelines and/or Policies including but not limited to Uniform, Time and Attendance, Loss Prevention, Guest Service, Safety, Game Playing Policy and any and all other policies communicated by the management team
