Position Overview
Lead Software Engineer role focused on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications end-to-end, while managing priorities and delivering projects on time. Collaborates closely with product and design, mentors engineers, and leverages modern cloud, AI, and JavaScript/TypeScript technologies to drive scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, improve, and maintain software.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Work with product managers and designers to implement functional requirements.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to fellow engineers.
BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
6 years post-education work experience.
Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude, collaborative personality, and desire to learn.
Experience developing web-based applications (front-end and back-end)
Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows
Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
