About the role
Zelda’s is hiring an Operations Manager to help lead floor operations at our iconic, family-owned oceanfront restaurant and bar. Long-term, salaried, with real ownership of how the restaurant runs day to day.

What you’ll do
- Lead daily floor operations and shift execution
- Manage guest experience and resolve issues with calm and judgment
- Develop and support the FOH team alongside our managers
- Support and collaborate with Kitchen Manager
- Lead through summer, holiday, and weekend rushes
- Use TOAST POS for sales, labor, and reporting; attend weekly and seasonal manager meetings
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience in every floor position of a high-volume restaurant (server, bartender, host, expo, busser), plus several years managing
- TOAST POS familiarity preferred
- Steady, organized, calm under pressure
- Treats everyone well top to bottom; team player with management and ownership
- Available weekends and major holidays. Summer is our busiest season
