Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing, Account Executive with strong mortgage domain expertise and experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate has direct experience selling technology into mortgage Brokers, Lenders, or Banks, and a deep understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle, compliance, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline targeting mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions.
- Engage with C-level and senior executives (CIOs, Heads of Lending, Secondary Marketing, Compliance, Ops Leaders).
- Deliver demos and business cases that tie Zeitro’s SaaS solutions directly to mortgage industry needs. Consistently achieve/exceed quota for ARR and multi-year contracts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client adoption and growth.
- Stay current on mortgage industry regulations, market shifts, and competitive landscape to drive consultative selling.
Qualifications
- 4 years of Sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years selling mortgage softwares.
- Strong mortgage domain expertise — origination, underwriting, secondary marketing, servicing, and compliance.
- Established relationships with mortgage industry executives.
- Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-growth startup.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
