Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvassing Manager D2D (Door-to-Door) to lead our dynamic field outreach team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of door-to-door canvassing campaigns aimed at engaging communities, promoting services, and generating leads. Duties

  • Leadership & Initiative – confident in training, motivating, and overseeing a team’s success.
  • Proven Sales Drive – must demonstrate you can perform the job before teaching others.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of canvassers to ensure efficient door-to-door outreach efforts across designated neighborhoods or territories.
  • Develop strategic plans for canvassing campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Train new team members on canvassing techniques, customer engagement, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor team performance daily, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
  • Lead by example during field activities, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Foster positive relationships with community members by delivering clear information about services or products while ensuring respectful interactions.
  • Track and report on campaign progress, including leads generated, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate schedules, assign territories, and manage logistics to optimize coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and local regulations during field operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging strategies based on community responses and insights gathered during canvassing efforts.

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team leadership and motivation.
  • Strong background in marketing or sales with an understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse interactions professionally.
  • Experience in door-to-door canvassing
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse communities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey messages and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to motivate teams through active leadership, positive reinforcement, and goal-setting.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, tracking progress, and reporting results accurately.
  • Knowledge of fundraising techniques or experience in nonprofit outreach can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Pay: $50,323.70 - $60,604.88 per year
