- Develop strategic plans for canvassing campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Train new team members on canvassing techniques, customer engagement, and safety protocols.
- Monitor team performance daily, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and maintain high morale.
- Lead by example during field activities, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Foster positive relationships with community members by delivering clear information about services or products while ensuring respectful interactions.
- Track and report on campaign progress, including leads generated, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate schedules, assign territories, and manage logistics to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines, company policies, and local regulations during field operations.

Skills
